Brian Barbosa is a seasoned real estate investor, specializing in both On-Market and Off-Market acquisitions and dispositions. Originally from Clark, New Jersey, Brian’s interest in real estate was sparked by observing his grandfather and father’s involvement in the industry. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Health Science, Brian decided to pursue his passion for real estate investing.

In 2015, Brian co-founded Barreta Financial with Christopher DiPreta, focusing on acquiring, renovating, and managing residential multi-family properties in central Connecticut. This venture laid the foundation for the establishment of Glenstone in 2016, a company dedicated to various aspects of property investment.

Since its inception, Brian has played a pivotal role in Glenstone’s success, actively involved in various aspects of the company’s operations. Engaging in purchasing, financing, renovating, managing, and selling residential multi-family properties across the state, Brian’s expertise has been instrumental in Glenstone’s growth. With over 350 transactions under his belt throughout Connecticut, Brian’s hands-on approach underscores his commitment to excellence in real estate investment.
