FLIPPING HOUSES
Chris DiPreta and Brian Desfosses started D&D Home Innovations and flipped their first property in 2013
INVESTMENT PROPERTIES
Brian Barbosa and Christopher DiPreta co-founded Barreta Financial with the goal of buying, renovating, and holding investment real estate, specifically focusing on residential multi-family real estate in central Connecticut.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Simultaneously, in order to efficiently manage their own properties in the current and future, Chris and Brian began a management company, Barreta Management, which serviced their own properties along with other real estate investors' assets.

GLENSTONE BEGINS
Brian Barbosa, Christopher DiPreta, and Brian Desfosses partnered together to create what is now known as Glenstone. The company focused on purchasing, financing, renovating, managing, and selling residential and multi-family real estate throughout the state of Connecticut.
REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE
Glenstone launched the Real Estate Brokerage division, alongside the Property Management Services already offered, in order to service clients with their investment acquisitions and sales.

LENDING
Glenstone began a lending division of the company to offer competitive real estate investment loans for residential and commercial real estate investors.
FUND MANAGEMENT
As operations evolved over the years, Glenstone has grown into the fund management space, bringing its operations to service investors through various investment vehicles. With a track record of over 350 real estate transactions since 2015, Glenstone has solidified its position as a trusted partner in the real estate investment landscape, committed to delivering value and fostering growth for its clients.
GROWING GLENSTONE
Morgan joined the team as the newest general partner. She is focused on growing Glenstone's network and maintaining those valued relationships.
