Morgan Hilyard is the newest General Partner to the team and has embraced the excitement and challenges of the real estate industry. Leaving a career in Chamber of Commerce management since 2014, Morgan specializes in strategic business development, fundraising, and community engagement and is dedicated to growing Glenstone Partners and optimizing professional relationships.

Utilizing her comprehensive experience and skillset coaching businesses across various industries in increasing profitability and problem solving through revenue road blocks, Morgan is focused on working with her team to provide investors with a variety of service products to grow their wealth. As Fund Manager, she serves as the main point of contact for investors; learning about their investment goals and risk appetite to pair them with the perfect opportunity.

Morgan serves as the community representative for the company and attends many networking events throughout the region. With an extensive network of professional connections, Morgan thoroughly enjoys meeting new people, creating collaborations, and connecting people within her network. Relationship facilitation is an integral part of success in any business and a top priority at Glenstone Partners.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys time with her two kids and pets in West Hartford, CT. With a B.S. in Biology, she is an avid animal lover and her family is always finding ways to explore the outdoors and stay active. Morgan gives back to the community in a variety of ways and serves as a Board Member for The Children’s Museum Group.
